One of the common reasons to get a hosting server of your own is the fact that you'll have full control over the software environment and you can install anything you wish. This will enable you to run programs that need specific software to be present on the server, which isn't possible with a shared hosting server in which you can install software only in the account, but not on a root level. If you are not very familiar with such matters, however, you may come across problems due to the fact that managing a hosting server of your own is different from managing a standard shared website hosting account. In this light, we offer an upgrade with our hosting server plans called Installation & Troubleshooting, hence our administrators can easily deal with various tasks that should be performed or can resolve many problems that you could come across.
Installation and Troubleshooting in VPS Servers
The upgrade could be acquired for any of the VPS server
plans regardless of the Operating System and Control Panel that you have chosen or the task that you need to be executed as our administrators will help you with everything associated with the software on the hosting server. This includes, but isn't limited to, installing third-party apps, setting up server options, troubleshooting scripts in case they don't perform properly, and so forth. The upgrade features sixty minutes of work and if a particular task requires less time, the rest of the minutes shall be available for the future and will be listed within the VPS billing CP. You could use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as a separate upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which supplies 30 minutes of custom work on your hosting server. This way, you may work on your Internet sites without needing to worry that you'll not be able to use some application or losing time on technological matters.
Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers
You may add the upgrade to any one of the dedicated servers
that we offer at any time that you need it. If you need some custom work from our administrators as soon as your web server is ready, you can acquire the upgrade during the hosting server signup process, or when you need something to be performed later, you can add the upgrade from your billing CP. The Installation & Troubleshooting service comes with 60 minutes work from our administrators on your hosting server, so in the event that you encounter any problems to install a third-party software or some app gives errors and does not work the way it should, our specialists shall help you in a very timely manner. If a task takes less than 60 minutes, the rest of the time will be available for future tasks and you'll be able to see it in the billing area.
